Long break, decompression

The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Its name comes from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer he used to structure his work.

The principle is simple: work intensely for 25 minutes on one task, then take a short break. After four cycles, take a longer recovery break.

This rhythm supports concentration, reduces mental fatigue and helps you make steady progress without turning every work block into a long grind.

Coffee Focus adds what the original method does not cover: collaboration. One synchronized timer, shared by the whole team in real time.

What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method created by Francesco Cirillo. It splits work into 25-minute focus sessions with short 5-minute breaks, then a longer break after four cycles.
How does Coffee Focus work?
A Premium or Lifetime member creates the session and shares its code. Everyone else joins for free and sees the same real-time timer.
Is the Pomodoro method effective for studying?
Yes. Short sessions support memorization, and regular breaks reduce cognitive overload. In a Coffee Focus group, shared commitment helps you stay disciplined.
Can I use Coffee Focus for free?
