About the Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. Its name comes from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer he used to structure his work.
The principle is simple: work intensely for 25 minutes on one task, then take a short break. After four cycles, take a longer recovery break.
This rhythm supports concentration, reduces mental fatigue and helps you make steady progress without turning every work block into a long grind.
Coffee Focus adds what the original method does not cover: collaboration. One synchronized timer, shared by the whole team in real time.
